Fire Extinguishing Agent-BC type Dry Chemical

The BC-type dry powder-fire extinguishing agent  is made of pulverized sodium bicarbonate which is completely silica-impregnated to make it free-flowing, lump-free, and resistant to moisture absorption.

Applications:

         Sodium bicarbonate dry powder-fire extinguishing agents may be charged  into various portable and fixed dry powder fire extinguishers, and they may be  used in combination with foam extinguishing agents. This agent is effective in extinguishing initial combustion of oil tanks, in the rapid containment of flame expansion, and in extinguishing fires quickly. It is widely used in oilfields, oil depots, petroleum refineries, large chemical  plants, chemical storerooms, ships, airport, mines, and factories.

Packaging, Transportation and Storage requirements:

      1.Packaging consists of a 25 kg sealed interior plastic bag which is protected with a tear-resistant, woven exterior bag. (The bag may be modified to meet user's needs).

      2. Each plastic bag is hermetically sealed before leaving the factory. The product should be  stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment. Store out of the elements, and transport the product in dry conditions. Exposure to humidity and damp environments will negatively affect its performance.v
