High Sealed Double Alu-Plastic Automatic Packer (DPP-320F)

The machine is assembled with three parts and can be packed and transported separately.Integrating mechanism, electricity and gas, the machine can complete separately all procedures including warm-up, blister forming, automatic feeding, heat sealing and synchronous adjustment of Aluminum-Plastic strip, empty-detecting, hard Aluminum forming, second heat sealing, batch number printing, blanking and scrap-collecting, etc.

The machine is suitable for blister packing with Aluminum-Plastic, Aluminum-Aluminum and Aluminum-Plastic-Aluminum.

Performance and characteristic

Travel scope can be adjusted.
Mould is located by locating pin which makes it easy to change mould.Adopted the moulds of pressing-and-frothing and cool-forming.
The medicine is fed automatically.The mould and feeder can be designed as user's requirements.
Speed is shifted by step-less transducer.Adopted the interface of human-machine (touch-screen) and PLC programmable controller.
Adopted photoelectric empty-detecting equipment and waster-eliminating equipment.
Stepper motor drives wheel to grip and tow wrapper.Synchronize accurately.
The heating moulds will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the material between them and extend the machine's life.
